Syrian Crisis and the Worlds Dysfunctional System

 

The Syrian regime has perpetrated unprecedented crimes against humanity during more than 30 months whilst the international community is watching  just like watching a movie,  barely commenting. Now that this regime have used internationally banned chemical weapons killing more than 1400 civilians, many of  them women and children, it’s the last chance for the so called free worlds leader to react and stop this regime going about killing everyone in Syria who oppose it.

And even the last chance to save the credibility of the world system which is billed to be rolled by five super power countries.

What is happening now from Russian Putin and from Iran are the real consequences of Mr. Obama’s attitude and his great hesitation about the Syrian issue. All while the Syrian dictator’s allies will come louder and stronger toward this weak and uncertain standby from USA and its allies.

The Syrian crisis is this centurys great test to rebuild a new world system, a system that is capable to protect basic human rights - the right to live.
